Refactor iOS measurements to introduce parity with Android

iOS dotnet/runtime sample app measurements

• Refactor to follow Android style (RuntimeType: Mono/CoreCLR, Codegen: FullAOT/NativeAOT
• Remove HybridGlobalization setting (no-longer needed, always true)
• Revisit the need of running llvm on/off, strip symbols on/off
  • Remove non StripSymbols measurements (we want to strip always)
