`RemoteDocumentMappingService.MapToHostDocumentUriAndRangeAsync` doesn't work across projects

Using LANCommander project, oepn TaxonomyInput.razor, and go to def on line 4, the DataSource attribute of the TagsInput component. The code is trying to find TagsInput in the project that TaxonomyInput is in, but that's the wrong one.
