Sync NameSpace does not update name space in .razor file

Sync Namespaces does not update @namespace used in .razor file.

In blazor applications we can define/override default name space in .razor file as shown below.

@namespace RazorClassLibraryEndUserModule.Shared.

When clicking "Sync Namespaces" it does not update or sync namespace in .razor files

Moving over to Razor compiler. Gist is that there's "fake" code being generated for the namespace directive which is why it doesn't get refactored properly.

@mkArtakMSFT for some reason it wouldn't let me move to the razor-compiler repo (it wasn't listed)?

We've moved this issue to the Backlog milestone. This means that it is not going to be worked on for the coming release.
