Capture a screenshot when the active window changes

Currently we capture a screenshot on certain exceptions in the integration test process. It could help diagnose failures if we capture a screenshot when the active/focused window changes (though we'd also need a stack trace at the time which could be difficult).

Don't need an issue tracking this. either we commit to this and do it, or we don't.
