VS C# Analysis settings should not roam across machines

I generally prefer for analysis to be solution-wide. But on laptops I find the device gets hot and my battery life is poor with such settings.
To accommodate, I use solution-wide settings on desktop machines and DevBox like this:

I then set the "Run background code analysis for" to "Open documents" on my portable devices.

The problem is that these settings apparently roam across devices, so I can't in fact change these settings to be unique based on machine capacity. This is terribly annoying.

Please stop roaming these two settings.

@Cosifne Any chance this is addressed by the settings work you did for the new system?

I think I would prefer if we did the whole "on battery" mode for vs.
