Announcing Rate Limiting for .NET

First of all, I would like to point out that.. Please warn me if I posted my question in the wrong place. I will consider it in my next question.

I have a question about the rate limit added with net 7. Previously, I was handling rate limits using the package called "AspNetCoreRateLimit" in the nuget package manager. Since I was working on more than one server in a production environment, I was managing limit counters from a central point with the "AspNetCoreRateLimit.Redis" package. Therefore, does the rate limit that comes with net 7 provide centralization in the production environment? What is the behavior of rate limit in case of application scale out?
