ILLink PEVerify testing cannot handle rewritten methods

ILLink testing runs ILVerify on the output validating that no new unverifiable code was introduced by trimming. If there is unverifiable code within the method and the method was rewritten by ILLink, the test infrastructure is not able to reconcile the preexisting warning and the warning in trimmed code. There's a workaround for this in the product, look for the issue number.
