  • PR: Add the CurrentUserOnly and CurrentSessionOnly options for named Mutex, Semaphore, and EventWaitHandle #112213
• - Document new APIs, and update docs of other APIs
• - Deprecate the old named APIs (ones that have a name argument and no options argument)
