[Fuzzing] Add more fuzzers for inbuilt libraries

Description

Hi!

Currently, the source for fuzzing libraries is quite limited and is missing a lot of inbuilt libraries and functionality. The current source code doesn't have fuzzers for ASN1, CBOR or HTTP servers. Maybe considering adding more?
