TagList not working as expected

Hi,

I have created a simple Console application to test TagList but I am unable to add more than one value to it. Could this be a potential bug?

  <PropertyGroup>
    <OutputType>Exe</OutputType>
    <TargetFramework>net9.0</TargetFramework>
    <ImplicitUsings>enable</ImplicitUsings>
