The logcat shows e.g. this:

04-01 16:41:37.114 15173 15237 I ActivityManager: Killing 23741:net.dot.Android.Device_Emulator.JIT.Test/u0a134 (adj -10000): start timeout

I also noticed that once the app is killed by ActivityManager we don't notice that in xharness and we still wait until the xharness timeout and try to kill the (already dead) app.
