[System.Data.Odbc] ODBC cannot read values for types, missing from hardcoded predefined set of types

Description

TypeMap.type table throws ArgumentException for types outside of predefined set of types.
E.g. for SAP HANA ODBC (HDBODBC/HDBODBC32) provider it fails for spatial types like ST_GEOMETRY:

ArgumentException: 'Unknown SQL type - 29812.'
