[NativeAOT-LLVM] `--compress-relocations` broken

We have a report from a user on Discord (link) with the symptoms of llvm/llvm-project#110045.

We will have to disable --compress-relocations until upstream LLVM fix lands and we can pick up the new EMSDK/WASI-SDK (which will take a while).
