PublishedSingleFilePath is not part of ResolvedFileToPublish #14885
Description
When PublishSingleFile=true, ResolvedFileToPublish itemgroup would not contain the output file.
At the same time, we need to verify that ResolvedFileToPublish with PublishTrimmed would contain exactly the same file as file content in PublishDir. We have dependency like wapproj use ResolvedFileToPublish to avoid scanning the PublishDir.
