NativeAOT/trimming property improvements

The AOT/trimming story has some UX problems in MSBuild:

• Properties may not reset up-to-date checks, so warnings don't reappear
• Properties don't appear in the MSBuild XML schema, so they aren't offered by the VS XML editor (Update schema to include trimming-related properties & item types msbuild#7805)
