Warnings disappear while typing

Issue Description

While typing the warning indicators in the code (yellow squiggles, indicator in scrollbar, and in the problems pane) disappear while typing, so they flash on and off, essentially blinking in a distracting way.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Write code with a warning (ex "Possible null reference argument for parameter...")
2. Type anywhere else in the file

Expected Behavior

Warning indicators should persist while typing

Actual Behavior

Warning indicators flash/blink
