Add recommendations and potentially analyzers to make TryGetData<T> APIs and drag-and-drop scenarios more trimmable

2. document suggesting for trimmable resolver Func implementations.
3. documents and add samples on what types () can be used with SetDataAsJson for the scenario to be trimmable.
4. re-evaluate if we can provide JSON serialization options in the drag-and-drop scenarios
