Summary

Migrating will allow setting LoggerFactory to work with Serilog

Motivation / Problem

Currently, CAP is using the older Nats.Client library API.
Migrating to Nats.Client.Core (newer API) will allow setting LoggerFactory to work with Serilog.
The older Nats.Client.Options does not expose LoggerFactory.
