Migrate Entire Repository to Nuxt.js Framework

As mentioned in a previous commit, there is interest in migrating the codebase to Nuxt.js. The current codebase is in poor condition, and moving to Nuxt.js would provide a more maintainable and modern foundation for future development.

Hi @Pludam, I am currently building the Nuxt Rework but it will take time for me to recreate the entire thing, so if you want to make any thing against the repo go right a head, i will update what changes get merged in to main
