Date value being dropped after filer applied

Select the date for your filter and press search

After page update you will see your date still as a string but calendar will be broken (selecting wrong date, month and year)

During the first filtering request it's happy with having year as last param, but after applying that filter it looks like it's want to have year first

If we will use year first format - it will not break itself after page reload
