(I am running python train.py --train_dir ./Folds/tf/gen_test_fold_is_0 --max_steps 30000 --eta 0.001 device_id "gpu:0"）

This sounds like a system issue, not an issue with the code. Maybe check if you can run anything else with cuDNN (or maybe the cuda sample programs). Once you verify that’s working, try again
