[Plugin](https://github.com/prettier/plugin-xml) Prettier doesn't have built-in support for XML files, nor does dprint have any plugins to support it. It would be nice to have an XML plugin pre-installed with the plugin set as its a common occurrence to come across XML files in a dev env.
