Usage instructions?

I've installed it, I like it. Now I'd like to know about using it. the escape key seems useful, what other keys & such will help me get editing files?

Ctrl-K will get you the file picker / new file dialog

How do you export the content of a file somewhere else to use? Or access it at all?

the easiest way would be to SSH to your remarkable and directly access its filesystem. There are plenty of clients (winscp, etc) that let you transfer files via SSH too!
