I have long-read sequencing data on Rockfish at [ONT: ~/data_darking1/projects/mito/Heteroplasmy/long_read_seq/Timp_ONT_runOct2025_demuxed/] and [HiFi: /data/darking1/projects/mito/Heteroplasmy/long_read_seq/UMB_PacBio_runDec2025/251012_arking_mtDNA_fl/PACBIO_DATA]. This data was generated by isolating DNA from HEK cells harboring a truncating mutation in the COX3 gene (mt.9979G>A), and performing long-range PCR targeted to the mitochondria. Reads were adapter trimmed, and aligned, prior to processing with a stable copy of MitoHPC2.
