Ability to interrupt a pomodoro - ie. a "bruised tomato"

Whilst the official technique says that you shouldn't be able to interupt a pomodoro - I think this is unrealistic. But one should be penalised for it. So have a concept of a "bruised tomato". So if interrupted - the logs / reports will show this as a bruised tomato.

There perhaps should be a time limit on how long you can pause a pomodoro. Otherwise, what's stopping someone from always pausing them, and never cancelling them? This should probably be a setting (so adding the setting label to this issue).
