Add algorithm "Dbscan cluster"

Add functionlity to generate chunk dictionary
by database file and algorithm "exponential_smoothing"
Use the 'nydus-image chunkdict generate' command
with the '--database' option followed by the
path to the database file (e.g., './metadata.db')
