[Feature Request] Add support for 1964GEPD

1964GEPD is a fork of the N64 emulator 1964, focused specifically on improving the control scheme for GoldenEye 007 and Perfect Dark. While it is only packaged for Windows, there is a release preconfigured for use on the Steam Deck along with Steam Input community profiles made for it.

EmuDeck already has precedence for this kind of thing, PrimeHack is included and is a very similar project for Metroid Prime.
