Weasyprint: Current and future label.* variables

In preparation for Weasyprint to be a full replacement for the original templating engine further variables will be necessary and currently available variables might need to be renamed. I will try to keep a list of my recommendations in the next entry and update it according to my personal requirements and observed problems.

Ideally this list will become the foundation of a paragraph in the Kraft manual.

The variables in this block are intended for descriptive elements in a print template permitting the creation of a common template for multiple languages.

Comments

1. Considering the changes to tax rates it might be more appropriate to keep label.VAT and provide the current tax rates in labels "full_tax_rate" and "reduced_tax_rate" to use them as {{ label.full_tax_rate }} {{ label.tax}}
2. This is intended to be used in table headers.
3. This label might need a bug report as it is only an empty string.
