Drasi Server VS Code Extension does not allow a server instance to be expanded in the UI to show the Drasi components if there is a server listed Drasi section below it in the list

Repro Steps:

1. Add a working Drasi Server in the extension and connect to it. Click on the caret right arrow to expand and view the server components. Click on the arrow again to collapse the list.
2. Add a second server via the extension and connect to it.
3. Attempt to click on the first server and expand the list of server components.
   Observed behavior:
   The first server list does not expand out to show the list of components.
