How to set default style configuration across all sheets

Hi, I need help from you.

I have many sheets in the workbook. how can I apply default style configuration for all sheets and new sheet.
for example of the default style that has:

• the 2 first columns have the with 400
• horizontal and vertical frozen lines as in the picture
