Autofill dropdown not showing up after dragging the fill handle

This dropdown shows up when dragging the handle in the minimal example but for some reason it does not show up in my own project code. I can't share the whole project, but this is how I initialize Univer which looks to be the same as the Minimal Example.

I'm using Univer 0.10.10 but I've also tried on 0.9.4 just to make sure it wasn't caused by the recent version.
