What data model for protection resources?

I trying to create my own frontend side xlsx import.
Now I stuck with protection.
What I need is to know what data model for creation protection/permissions with resources in WorkbookData.
Now I have created this resource:

This is not the complete json, but only the part that I am having problems with.
Then I got this in UI:

I don't understand why I can't see the contents of the cells.
I just need to protect cells only for edit.
What do I need to do to view the contents of protected cells?

@jikkai it’s not solution. It’s only remove background but cells still empty.

This is the solution. If you think there is a bug, please provide the minimal reproduction.
