TRADFRI bulb GU10 WW 345lm rarely works

Describe the bug

When toggeling the light, api tells me the state has changed, but the bulb remains dark.

The light works just fine and has been working fine until I updated the phoscon docker image, thus I think this is a regression.

I, however, do not know from what version I upgraded.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Toggle light
2. Light remains dark

Light gets toggled

• Host system: Raspberry Pi)
• Running method: deconz-docker container
• Firmware version: 26720700
• deCONZ version (not Home assistant Addon version!): 2.32.1 (Gateway version?)
• Device: ConBee II
• Do you use an USB extension cable: no
• Is there any other USB or serial devices connected to the host system? no

Logs are way to verbose to get anything useful.

Additional context

Let me know if there were any changes regarding this bulb recently (last half year) and I will downgrade to that version to see if that fixes anything.

It's strange that they've been supported by a DDF since the last version. Could you check if it's being recognized? Can it be controlled via Phoscon? Perhaps a screenshot of the basic cluster would be helpful.

I hope this is the screen shot you were looking for: The two highlighted lights are the ones causing the trouble.

They both show up in Phoscon, can be toggled and then show a different state than what was before, however the physical bulb does not actually change state and remains turned off.

They (the indicator) also light up in blue in deCONZ when I toggle the state.

I tried repairing them, this also works fine.

The bulbs themselves also work since doing a powercycle turns them on (the default way to turn on ikea smart bulbs manually)

Could you show me your docker-compose?

Have you set these ports?

-e DECONZ_WEB_PORT
-e DECONZ_WS_PORT

Perhaps they should revert to version 2.31.2 stable first. Then they can save the DDF under opt/deCONZ/devices.

Yes, they are set to 8888 and 4444 respectively. Since everything else works just fine I am guessing my compose file is not the issue.

I just downgraded deCONZ to version 2.28.1. It seems to work fine for now, I will take a look how this develops. Some research showed that this should be the earliest working version for me.

You can safely use version 2.31.2; no real problems have been reported with it yet. I'd be interested to know if the DDF version works for everyone, though. Thanks.

@SnoutBug For me, this issue can be closed as the problem has already been solved. You can reopen it if it still exists with version 2.32.3-beta, which I don't expect. Happy Holidays!
