RaspBee firmware update failed

Hey,
i tried to update the deconz firmware to deCONZ_Rpi_0x26400500.bin.GCF, but it crashed while uploading the firmware first time at 20%. I was able to get it a second time uploading, but this time ist canceled after 60%. The crash look linke that, that the command promt appeared in the process bar.

now all time appers :

i tried to unplug the raspBee module, start the firmware update and plugin the module, but all time he get the bootloader detected but the bootloader sync failed.

i updated gcfflasher now from 2.11 to newest 4 version, but no change.

Is there any chance to get it back to life?
