Support user-supplied config files

Add option for a user to supply a configuration that supports:

1. Default answers to the config questions so they only answer questions they haven't supplied answers to.
2. Add additional user-specific config post-generation (.editor config, setup config, ...) they can point toward a repo of their own that get copied over raw into the project after generation.
