Optimize service calls (#8)

* Use class methods instead of creating new functions

* Only update row items when changed

* Reduce redundant processing

* Use `keyed` instead of `cache` to reduce rendering

* Bump up border radius

* Use events to update queue

* Make remove items optimistic 

* Make move items optimistic

* Bump version
