Missing methods for HTTP requests

Hello,

I had to make http PATCH requests for a project I'm working on, had to add it myself and I figured it wouldn't hurt to have it in.

Note that OPTIONS, CONNECT and TRACE are already missing

I encountered this issue earlier getting reqwless integrated with the OpenAPI generator.

It looks like it was fixed but a new version with the merge wasn't pushed to crates.io

Could you bump the release number and push at least this fix?

Thanks for the wonderful project. It's a great component of the Rust embedded ecosystem.

Also, would you be interested in a PR that adds a json method to RequestBuilder? I'm trying to keep the OpenAPI generator port as close to reqwest as possible, and that and some other things will help.

I also have a refactor that removes the recent unsafe eps_mbedtls string manipulation. I'm dealing with a fairly large complex system with OpenAPI generators, reqwless, and a dozen other systems and I could easily see somebody sneaking in strings with invalid nulls one way or another, accidental or not.

I love software engineering, it provides a healthy outlet like running. And when I can successfully help projects like this and take the load off those around me, it adds up and feels good. Thank you again for your project.

Thank you for the kind words, no worries about spamming. Let's just say it's in maintenance mode, there's no new features actively being explored. Most users are happy with the current feature set, so that's why not much is happening. I'd be happy to accept PRs with any features or fixes you would like.

I can get a release out today or tomorrow, but I think esp-mbedtls is using a git dependency, so it can't be released with that dependency.
