启动就能复现
预期结果：
加上 static 后，就不会进入 BeanPostProcessorChecker 了。你现在最新版声明为 ROLE_INFRASTRUCTURE 是一种绕过的方式，但加上 static 后，能提前初始化 BeanPostProcessor 类型的 bean，而不用依赖 ForestAutoConfiguration 的初始化。
实际结果：
会提示 ForestAutoConfiguration is not eligible for getting processed by all BeanPostProcessors。你现在最新版只是通过 ROLE_INFRASTRUCTURE 绕过了，本质上没有解决顺序问题
