Implement proper release, test and build processes #71
Description
This project is now going public. I think we need to have a more formal release process where:
- automated tests are run on the binary and documentation
- releases are tagged and source is updated with new build numbers
- Binaries are stored on a CDN somewhere, and there is a permanent "latest build" link. (currently these are uploaded as part of the documentation build)
