I've tried to email [email protected] but the email was rejected so I'll post here.

Is there a major problem with droneshare?
I'm trying to get the parameters from logs/.bins I've uploaded but every time I get the same message on attempting download "failed - No file". I can't download logs or view any of it online either.
If his is the case then I've lost all the PiD values I need as I was using droneshare to store vital info.
