announce dropbox_backup_to_external_disk

I am developing a Linux (also WSL2) CLI to backup (one-way-sync) the dropbox files to an external disk.
I am using this crate dropbox/dropbox-sdk-rust.
I feel this discussion is the right place to announce rust projects that use this repository.
