Folder layout has changed - no warning

As of this morning, a bunch of symlinks I had to shared folders broke. I tracked this down to a new top-level folder:

Many (but not all) of my team folders are now in 'Level 12 Dropbox.' I think I understand the logic of this change, but a user notice would have been nice. Having very important folders suddenly disappear, while other important files were still present, has a tendency to start off an otherwise pleasant Sunday morning with a bit of a panic. :)
