Upgrade to Dropwizard 5

First, congrats on the release of Dropwizard 5. Is there a timeline for upgrading this library and publishing to maven?

We built branch release/5.0.x and are currently testing it. Class org.eclipse.jetty.ee10.servlets.CrossOriginFilter has been deprecated and replaced with a handler, but we didn't find other issues.
