Bug report: Windows 11 Pro, FreeDV 2.1.0. After an apparently trouble-free installation, every time I click 'Start Modem' the app immediately closes with no handled or unhandled exceptions. Previous versions fine. Tried on two machines with identical results. [new runtime C++ installed each time btw]. Also, after the install the PC goes straight to reboot - this is not ideal as a user could lose work in other apps.
(sorry if this report is in the wrong place - I can't find a bug report section).

The reboot is a known issue and should be fixed for the next release. As a workaround, can you try running the installer again (don't uninstall first)? That should actually install FreeDV without a reboot needed (the reboot prevents Python from being properly installed, which is needed for RADE).
