Logged time is real time not QSO time

The time logged in the logging program seems to be the real time when the Log button in the log confirmation window is clicked rather than the time from the station list below the waterfall etc.

Sometimes this does not matter but if the machine is running over a period of time and logging is done later, then the two times may be very different.

With this in mind it may be useful to send all the station output that goes to the list below the waterfall to a text file as a backup, a bit like ALL.adif (IIRC) in wsjtx.

Would it work if we used the date from the selected row in the drop-down if it's not the most recent entry? Or is the request mainly just to have the ADIF file also generated?
