Red Text On Startup

Haven't tested plugin however I did some configuration. This red text was appearing even before I configured anything.

At the top of my config it's indicated I'm using "Version: 4.4.13"
I'm running paperclip-637 - a fork of Spigot 1.13.2

I'm not sure why this is happening. You're the 2nd user that's reported it. I'm unable to reproduce on any spigot or paper version I've tried. I'll see if I can reproduce it on yours tonight.

Is there any way I can help? I'd like to help get this resolved. I also don't know if this disables the plugin or what is happening.

Edit - By the way the error does not stop my server from running.
Edit - The plugin still works in game - obsidian can be destroyed.

On server without any plugins I still get this error. Spigot and paper.
