Server not started on Docker

First off, thanks for putting this together! Just when I was looking for a Docker version 😊

I noticed for whatever reason the MCP server doesn't stay up unless I added server.start() to the end of server.ts

Thank you for your feedback and kind words! I've identified and fixed the Docker stability issue you reported.

The problem was that running the TypeScript file directly with tsx in Docker (via CMD ["tsx", "src/server.ts"]) caused the server to exit prematurely. Instead of adding another server.start() call, I've implemented a cleaner solution by modifying the Dockerfile to use CMD ["npm", "start"], which runs the compiled JavaScript with Node.js.

I've also:

• Added a Docker uptime test that verifies the container stays running
• Updated documentation with Docker best practices
• Added troubleshooting information to the README

This fix achieves the same result as your solution but in a more maintainable way. I've verified it works consistently in testing.
