Idea of moving some elements to dry-system

A few days ago I started to play with dry-system. After a short time, with small knowledge about dry-web, I realized that console.rb and settings.rb (with settings directory) would be useful in CLI application too. I am not sure about umbrella.rb. Moreover, stuff like a logger, etc., from container.rb are useful in CLI application too.

I'm in favour of moving useful things out of dry-web if they're useful deeper in the stack, but everything you've mentioned is still in flux. It might make sense for us to wait until we've done some more work to tidy up dry-web before deciding what to extract.

I was just wondering about this as well. Maybe a more generic dry-project gem that has the container, logging, settings, etc. would be better. Then use dry-web only for web related things.
