If the price drops, the bot stops working

if the price of BTC drops, the bot keep trying to buy. is there a possibility that the bot reset after a specific time when the price stays low?

I´m working in this bot, but i´m not official, just trying to help.
i make some programming in the bot and by coincidence i make this to help me. the code is:

others programming to help is:

• verify the last action and make the ideal value to buy or sell;
• a timeout if not is make in a day and reset;
• if the ideal value is not reach que remake the calculations;
