As we are planning to use this repo for setting up the client and server part of the app as well. We need to update the readme and other guidelines for the contributors.

- Set up clear concise repo instructions.
- Add separate setup instructions for: Client, App and Server
- Make sure the different workflows is running in the desired project folder only.
